At SERMONS®, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your piece isn't the right fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to maintain the integrity of our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original SERMONS® packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
